Refund / Exchange / Cancellation / Pricing Information

Attention! Please look over the guidelines listed below to become familiar with our cancellation, exchange, and refund policy.

If you cancel with 30 or more days’ notice from the first day of the week you are cancelling, there is a 15% cancellation fee and the refund will be in check form, or we can keep 100% of the amount paid on file as an in-house credit and move you to another camp date for your child’s age group.

If you cancel with less than 30 days of the camp starting an in-house credit will be applied and we will move your child to another camp date for your child’s age group.

If cancellation occurs with less than 15 days and no medical note is provided, 50% of the original fee will be applied as an in-house credit (store credit).

There are no refunds for missed days or partially missed weeks. There are no refunds in the case of weather emergencies as those are out of our control.

Please note, in-house credits cannot be used for our normal group sessions, or one on one trainings.

This is only for online payments, and do not apply for in person payments.
